Office of Transfer Services
The Office of Transfer Services helps students with their transition from a community college or university to Tarleton State University. Interested students can contact Transfer Services staff members for assistance with:
- Transfer Equivalency Guides (TEGS)
- Unofficial Transcript Evaluations
- Transfer Counseling
- Application Assistance
Students transferring with courses that meet core requirements at a community college or public university in Texas will meet core requirements at Tarleton State University. All students, regardless of degree choice, must complete the General Education Requirements* before graduation. Transfer Equivalency Guides (TEGS) are designed to help students at a community college in Texas select and complete lower level degree requirements before transferring to Tarleton.
