ACT members meet students with similar career interests, sponsor and participate in social and educational activities and network with industry professionals who are helpful in the pursuit of a career in agricultural communications.

Agricultural communication is a growing degree option at Tarleton. Through our ACT organization, we hope to improve and increase our members networking skills, professional portfolios, and overall experience in the field of agricultural communication.
Who can become a member?
Any student who has an interest in agricultural communication. We encourage all agricultural communications majors to join, but all majors are welcome to be a part of this organization.
- ACT Meeting : Meetings are held the every other Tuesday at 7:30 in Ag 110. Dates for the semester are: October 1, October 15, October 29, November 12, November 26.
- Agricultural Media Summit : The 2014 Ag Media Summit will take place in Indianapolis, Illinois. Dates to come soon.
