Writing Proficiency Exam

Students subject to the requirements of the Writing Proficiency Exam (WPE)

for Summer 2012 will follow a new registration procedure and will take the WPE at one of the locations listed below. 

WPE---Registration Information:

Registration begins June 4th @ 12:00 noon and ends on June 22nd @ 12:00 noon.

Beginning  June 4th @ 12:00 pm students requesting to take the WPE must complete and submit

a Request to Complete Writing Proficiency Examination (click on link to print form.)

  • A student may take this examination between the dates of  JUNE 22nd, 2012.
  • Taking this examination more than once during this time period will result in all examination results being voided
  • Students requesting special testing accommodations, MUST be approved through the Office of Student Disability Services. Please see WPE request form for details.
  • All students pay a testing fee during their first semester of enrollment.Therefore, there is no additional fee for the WPE.
