Available Spaces
The Thompson Student Center allows guests to rent the Ballrooms, conference rooms, and booths for a fee. Our rooms vary in size and are able to host a small meeting for 10 people or a large wedding for 360 people. Please call our staff at (254) 968-9256 to discuss availability and to schedule your next event!

Conference Room 130 - Capacity 20 people
Conference Room 219 - Capacity 52 people
Conference Room 28 - Capacity 10 people
Ballrooms - Capacity 360 people
Booths - Approval required. $150 first day, $100 every consecutive day after.
