Services Offered
The O-Zone offers a variety of services ranging from banner making to flyer printing to assistance with contract writing and negotiations for student organizations. Below is a list of services offered to student organizations:
- Assistance completing activity permits, activity proposals, formal proposals, publicity, and student travel forms.
- Assistance with contract writing and negotiation.
- Liability waivers for special events.
- Assistance with organizational programming and leadership advisement.
- Mailing labels for organizations.
- Assistance designing publicity
- Game equipment: Casino night and twister.
- Popcorn machine.
- Access to computer lab, banner makers, paper cutter, electric stapler, scanner, overhead projector, and other supplies.
- Access to copy machine, poster maker, banner paper, laminating machine, button maker, and other supplies.
Prices
Prices for services available in the O-Zone:
- Posters:
- 24" width - $2 per foot
- 36" width - $3 per foot
- 42" width - $3.50 per foot
- Lamination: 25¢ per foot
- Banner paper: 10¢ per foot
- Button maker: 25¢ per button
- Helium tank: 25¢ per balloon (organizations must provide their own balloons)
- Prints: 25¢ per sheet (color), 10¢ per sheet (black & white)
- Binding spines: 20¢ per spine
