Tarleton L.E.A.D.S.

Leadership. Engagement. Action. Development. Service

Tarleton L.E.A.D.S. is a prestigious two-semester leadership certification program that utilizes in-class and out-of-class experiences to develop student leaders.  Students are selected through an application and interview process at the beginning of each spring semester. The experience is limited to 25-30 student leaders each year.  Students who complete the program as "leadership certified" receive special university recognition and accommodations which include a special seal on their official university diploma and academic transcript.
