Meet the Staff

At Tarleton State University, a variety of leadership programs are available to engage students in critical thinking, problem solving, leadership skill development and assessment, governance, service, volunteerism, and group skills.

Student Programs

There are two key programs critical to the Student Leadership Program: Greek Life, which includes all Greek-affiliated sororities and fraternities, and Leadership Certification, the only way to for our students to become certified leaders through Tarleton State University. Through Leadership, Engagement, Action, Development, and Service, Leadership Certification gives students the ability to learn and effectively execute their leadership skills.
