The only way to attempt to describe the sisterhood women have found in Alpha Gam is from the words of our Alpha Gam sisters.

"Alpha Gam has given me given me best friends and sisters to laugh with, cry with, and make memories with that will last forever. When I am 80 years old i know I will have one of my sisters to sit in a rocking chair with me and remember the good times we shared as Alpha Gams and as life-long friends."
-Melissa Bradley
"Alpha Gam to me is true sisters that I will have for a lifetime. It's a bond that will continue even when I graduate. This sorority has given my friendship, love, loyalty, trust, and memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life."
-Ashley Dewey
"Alpha Gam is the opportunity to have made the best friends I could have ever imagined! Friends for life, too many crazy fun, happy and sad memories to count! Alpha Gam and Tarleton State are the best times of my life, it's home and family everyday and always!!"
-Leah Flynt
"I came to Tarleton in the Fall 1997. I joined Alpha Gam and loved the sisterhood. I decided to transfer to another University in the Spring 1999. I joined the Alpha Gam chapter there. Plans changed again and I ended up back here at Tarleton. I am so glad I decided to come back and get involved with many organizations. Alpha Gam is so special to me and I am happy to be a part of the strong sisterhood we have established. Thank you to all my sisters. You helped me through a lot of decisions!!"
-Morgan Hilley
"Alpha Gam is more than a sorority to me. It is sisters that I love and can count on to be there for me when I need it the most. I am an only child so I have never had the privilege of that close 'sisterhood-type' bond with anyone. Now I have over 60 girls that I can call sisters. We are just like a family. Sometimes we don't always agree but in the end, we all love each other and the good times always prevail over the bad. I wouldn't trade my place in Alpha Gam for anything!"
-Ronni Neff
"When I first came to Tarleton I hated it. I was so far from home and I couldn't wait until Christmas. Little did I know what would come. I cannot imagine my college life with out Alpha Gam. My best friends are my Alpha Gam sisters, there when I need someone to laugh with, someone to cry with, and someone to just hang out with. I don't know what I would of done without Alpha Gam. It is such a large part of my life."
-Jackie Ruess
"When I came to TSU, I had no intentions of Rushing. I thought that sororities were all about 'buying friends.' Ashley Nicklas, a Rho Chi, changed my mind. She encouraged me to go through Rush and I decided on my own to pledge Alpha Gam, and I am so happy that I did. Ashley, who ended up being an Alpha Gam, is a great big sis, and all the girls in Alpha Gam each have a special place in my heart!"
-Erin Sullivan
