  • Deliverable: Report providing categorization and summary of responses. In particular, data to assist in identifying characteristics of “premier student-focused university in Texas”.

Responsible: Small subgroup of UPC members

Online Student Vision Survey Distributed Raw Data

  • Deliverable: Report providing categorization and summary of responses. In particular, data to assist in identifying characteristics of “premier student-focused university in Texas”.

Responsible: Small subgroup of UPC members will met to consider themes (and underlying categories) suggested by vision surveys and to refine existing goal sets.

  • Deliverable: Brief recommendation report identifying list of goals and associated themes for cabinet review. Cabinet will return to UPC prior to Innovation Assembly a final list of goals with which to move forward, as well as preliminarily identify a “champion” for each goal.

Planning Council January-February 2013
Innovation Assembly Innovation Assembly will produce two outcomes for each goal: 1) A description of “what success would look like” (emphasis on bold and stretching); and 2) Strategies (with particular interest on innovation) that would lead to successful realization of the goal.
