Biography of Texas Governor Thomas Mitchell Campbell (1856-1923).
progressive. As a reform governor from 1907-1911, he fashioned a legislative record
with anti-trust, welfare, railroad, prison, and conservation laws. I finished the
manuscript in August 2008. I have four historians who have read the manuscript
and made comments (none of which were major). I am making those editorial
changes and will be submitting the manuscript to
Press Spring 2009.
A History of
battlefronts all over the world and were on the frontlines. This project has been funded
in part by the Coral H. Tullis Award. My research includes oral histories with veterans,
document research in several archives including the National Archives and the Center
for Military History in
Love Letters of Governor Campbell to his wife Fannie. Editing for a monograph.
