About Me
Hello, I am a professor of educational administration at Tarleton State University. I joined the faculty of the Department of
Educational Administration, Counseling, and Psychology in January 2004.
From 1989 to 2003, I worked with the master’s and doctoral programs
in educational administration at Baylor University. I also served as Associate Dean for
Administrative Affairs in the School of Education of Baylor University from
1993 to 1998. Prior to my career in higher education, I was a public school
teacher and administrator.
My personal mission in life and as an
educator is to be a servant leader.
