My name is Betty Jo Monk and I currently serve as a professor of educational administration in the Department of Educational Administration, Counseling, and Psychology in the College of Education of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. What's New?

I am currently working with two projects:  A project with 14 Texas principal preparation programs called the Lighthouse Initiative and a project with 81 Texas school districts working to build leadership density and capacity in the districts.  These are exciting and worthwhile endeavors—please ask me about them!
