Objectives:
  1. Describe the purpose of visual aids;
  2. Effectively utilize visual aids in a lesson;
  3. Evaluate the quality of different visual aids;
  4. Properly utilize traditional teaching aids, consisting of: chalkboards, dry erase boards, slide projector, overhead projector, photographs, specimens, posters, charts, graphs, maps, and models;
  5. Properly utilize modern teaching aids, consisting of: Video/DVD and Power Point;
  6. Effectively operate slide projectors, overhead projectors, computer-TV transfer systems, DVD/VCR players, laptop/LCD projector combinations, digital cameras, video cameras, copy machines, fax machines, and other equipment.
