Lynn Greenwood, MS

I joined the faculty of Texas A&M University - Central Texas in August 2008 after 14 years working in the juvenile corrections field.  After receiving my Master's Degree in Criminal Justice at Texas A&M University - Central Texas in 2005, I taught as an adjunct instructor in the Criminal Justice program while working as a juvenile probation officer in Lampasas County.  My areas of interest are comparative rural/urban law enforcement, informal social controls and rural criminal justice systems, and professionalism in juvenile justice/policing.  I will be teaching classes in corrections and in the core curriculum, including ethics, supervision and management, juvenile delinquency, criminology, community corrections, research, and penology.  In my spare time I enjoy traveling and camping with my husband and close friends, hiking, reading, computers, and music.  I also make jewelry (when I find the time).
