Dr. Louis W. (Jody) Fry |

Executive Summary
Currently, Dr. Jody Fry is currently a Professor of
Management at Texas A&M University - Central Texas teaching
masters level courses in Business Policy and Strategy,
Organizational Change and Development, Designing Quality
Organizations, Organizational Behavior, Ethics and Leadership,
Managerial Statistics, and Business Research Methods. He is a member of the
editorial review board of The Leadership Quarterly and the
Editor of The Journal of Management Spirituality and Religion.
He has presented scholarly papers at National and International
symposia, served on editorial review boards, and published articles
and reviews in respected scholarly journals including: The
Leadership Quarterly, The Journal of Business Ethics, The
Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Occupational
Behavior, Human Relations, Administrative Science Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of
Management, Journal of Marketing Research, Public
Choice, Human Organization, Journal of Applied
Psychology, and The Academy of Management Review.
He is the founder
of the International Institute for Spiritual Leadership (See http://www.iispiritualleadership.com/). His current
research, consulting and executive development interests are focused
on sustainability and maximizing the triple bottom line through spiritual leadership.
Jody was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in nearby Garland
where he lettered as a point guard in basketball and a pitcher in
baseball at Garland High School. His education includes: BS in
Industrial Engineering, Southern Methodist University; MBA, American
University; Ph.D. Organization Theory and Research Methods, Ohio
State University. He began his professional career as an Industrial
Engineer working for Harry Diamond Research Laboratories for the
Department of the ARMY in Washington, D.C. Dr. Fry has been a member of the faculty
Management Departments at Texas A&M University - College
Station and at The University of Washington, where he was a tenured
associate professor of management and adjunct associate professor of
