Dr. Crockett started teaching computer information systems in 1986 at the University of Texas at Arlington where he taught primarily Database Management and Introduction to Information Systems at the graduate level. In 1989 he moved to Portland State University where he taught Systems Analysis & Design (both structured & object-oriented), Database, and Networking.at the undergraduate level and Information Systems for Managers at the graduate level. He moved to San Antonio in 1998 to teach at Our Lady of the Lake University. At OLLU he was responsible for a great many courses including Networking, Security, Electronic Commerce, E-business, and others both at the Graduate and Undergraduate Level. In 2007 Dr. Crockett moved to Tarleton State University where he teaches Advanced Systems Analysis, Advanced Systyems Design and Development at the undergraduate level and Applied Database Management, Managing Information Systems, and Telecommunications for Managers at the graduate level.

Areas of Interest: Database, Information Security, and Object-Oriented Systems Analysis and Design.
