The Hiring Manager’s Guide includes complete guidelines and best practices for hiring faculty and staff. This guide is provided as supplement to Tarleton State University rules and procedures related to hiring practices and to assist departmental hiring managers through each step of the hiring process.

Adherence to these guidelines will ensure best practices are applied and compliance is met with applicable federal and state laws and Texas A&M University System and Tarleton State University policies, regulations and rules.
