The A&M System provides a number of investment options employees can use to save for retirement. In addition to mandatory participation in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) or Optional Retirement Program (ORP), employees can enroll in a Tax-Deferred Account (TDA/403B) or the Texa$aver Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP/457).
