Managing Performance Seminar

The Office of General Council conducted a Managing Performance seminar for Tarleton State University. The seminar has been divided into three parts for your convenience:

• Performance Evaluations discusses the regulatory and legal aspects of conducting performance evaluations(~30 minutes)
• Discipline covers the practical and legal aspects of implementing System Policy 32.02, Discipline and Dismissal of Employees (~42 minutes)
• Employment Law summarizes the important laws associated with employer rights and responsibilities, including application of the laws for supervisors (~30 minutes)
