Welcome to the Office of University Compliance
Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of University Compliance is to assist the University in achieving its mission while maintaining compliance and reporting standards in accordance with requirements of The Texas A&M University System, the State of Texas, and federal regulations.
Areas of Responsibility
- Open Records: Coordinate all aspects of the Texas Public Information Act as it applies to Tarleton State University.
- Rules and Procedures: Prepare Tarleton rules and procedures in accordance with A&M System requirements.
- Records Management: Serve as resource regarding retention and destruction of university records.
- Compliance/Reporting: Coordinate and provide oversight, where necessary, for federal, state, system and other regulatory agency reporting requirements.
