Each member of the Tarleton community has responsibility for workplace integrity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This responsibility includes understanding the right thing to do, making inquiries if you are uncertain, and reporting risks and/or concerns  that come to your attention.  If you encounter a situation and are uncertain of the correct action, you have several options to obtain guidance.

  • Contact your own department through the appropriate supervisory channels.
  • Contact an outside department with specialized expertise, e.g., Employee Services, Business Services, Research Compliance, Student Life, etc. [See Subject Matter Expert List under Resources]
  • Contact Compliance Help and Reporting.  Compliance Help and Reporting is a resource to provide useful guidance in understanding the correct action associated with your ethics and compliance questions and/or concerns. Your inquiry may be handled by Compliance Office personnel who maintain the Compliance Help and Reporting site or forwarded to another office with expertise and responsibility for your area of concern.  Compliance Help and Reporting is designed to provide you with a comprehensive response to your questions and/or to provide you with an additional mechanism for reporting campus compliance risks and concerns. The sensitivity of your questions/concerns will be considered, but anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your questions or concerns via the form link below or call Vickie Swam at 254-968-9415:
