Workshops for both High School and College teachers are planned for Friday April 5, 2013 and Saturday April 6, 2013 in the Science Building. Use the the links below obtain more information.

Conference participants may register for workshops at the conference. However, space is limited and some workshops may be filled. It is therefore suggested that participants pre-register for workshops.

Where: Tarleton SPS Room
When: Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 7:00 PM
Event: A chance to meet other university and high school physics students from across the state while enjoying Food, Video Games, and more.
Planetarium Shows
Where: Tarleton Planetarium in the Science Building
When: Thursday Evening and Friday, April 4-5, 2013 at various times
Event: Presentations will be provided throughout the conference using Tarleton's Digistar 3 star projector. Check at the registration desk or planetarium box office for times.
Star Party & Observatory Tour
Where: Tarleton Observatory at the Honeywell Ranch Southeast of Town
When: Friday Evening, April 5, 2013 at 9:30 PM (After the Banquet)
Event: Drive out the TSU observatory after the Friday banquet, see some stars, and try your hand at operating our 32" fully robotic telescope.
Accelerator Laboratory Tour
Event: Tour Tarleton's tandem accelerator facility. Ask the registration desk to see when a tour guide will be available.
