This is a joint meeting of the Texas Sections of the American Physical Society, American Association of Physics Teachers, and Society of Physics Students Zone 13. The conference is open to anyone interested in either physics research or physics/physical science education.

Note: Participants who Register before March 8 will be provided lunch on Friday April 5, 2013 at no additional charge. Banquet and Lunch are only available by registering by March 8.

Regular Registration

Regular registration is also available on site during the conference.

High School Student Award Nomination for Teachers

High school teachers may submit up to two students for outstanding physics student certificates. Outstanding students attending the conference will be awarded their certificates and recognized during the lunch on Friday. Teachers will be provided certificates for students not attending. Submit information by email to (Deadline For Nominations Is March 19).

Vendor Booths and Sponsorships of Breaks

There are a limited number of Vendor booths available for advertising by university departments and corporations. Vendors may also sponsor one of the refreshment break sessions planned throughout the conference.
