Texas A&M University - Central Texas currently provides transcripts and replacement diplomas for those students who attended the University of Central Texas formerly American Technological University.
To request a transcript, you may utilize the Tarleton State University transcript form which is found on the website. Please indicate on the top of the form that you attended the University of Central Texas/American Technological University.
Complete the form and either mail it to the university at: 1901 South Clear Creek Rd., Killeen, TX. 76549 or fax your request to 254-519-5486. If you are in the Killeen area, you may come by the records office, Room 105, and complete the form in person.
There is no charge for the transcript nor is there a mailing fee.
You are able to obtain the replacement diploma form by utilizing one of the following methods: the form is available on the Texas A&M University - Central Texas website. You can contact the records office at 254-519-5452/254-519-5453 and request that the form be mailed or faxed to you. You can also come by the records office and pick up the form in person.
There is a $40.00 fee for the diploma. The fee can be paid by money order only and made payable to Herff Jones.
The information on the form will be verified and submitted to Herff Jones. The process takes about 3 weeks once Herff Jones has received the request. Herff Jones will mail the diploma directly to you.
