Spring 2013 Star Party - Cancelled
Final Update: Friday 03/08/13: Due to cloudy conditions and rain in the forecast for today, the star party for this evening is cancelled. Please check again for future announcement on star party. We are planning on one for Fall 2013 around late October or early Novemebr.
Update Thursday 03/07/13: The Forecast for March 08 is cloudy and possibility of rain. It is unlikely that we will be able to hold the star party under such conditions. We will update this webpage on Friday morning regarding cancellation. Please check this website before you decide to head out to the observatory.
Friday, March 8th, starting at 5:30 p.m.
Come out to the Observatory at the Hunewell Ranch for the Spring Star Party. There will several small telescopes available for viewing in addition to our 32 inch telescope inside the observatory building. Here is the Star Party PDF Flyer.
When you reach the gate to the observatory please dim your car lights. Volunteers will be present to assist visitors with parking at the Observatory.
