The Tarleton Players

The purpose of The Tarleton Players, the oldest theatre organization at Tarleton, is to promote interest and encourage further knowledge and experience in theatrical arts by the presentation of productions for the benefit of the college and community. Any student at Tarleton may be a member of the Tarleton Players. The Tarleton Players sponsor the Clown Troupe, cosponsor the Annual Haunted House with SPA, and host the annual Players Banquet at the end of each academic year.
Alpha Psi Omega

The purpose of Alpha Psi Omega is to stimulate interest in theatre activities at Tarleton and to secure for the university all the advantages and mutual helpfulness provided by a large national honorary fraternity. By electing students to membership, the fraternity provides a reward for participation in theatre activities of the university.

Tarleton Student Chapter

USITT is a national organization for professionals and educators in design and technology. The unique mission of USITT is to serve the performing arts profession and its supporting industry. This chapter shall implement the purposes of USITT as stated in Section 1.01 of the bylaws of USITT and shall encourage the performing arts as a right rather than a privilege for all peoples of Texas and especially the Cross Timbers Basin Area; therefore, we will encourage and stimulate the finding of performing talent, the training of performing talent, and the creation of production facilities and audiences in the state of Texas and particularly in our immediate area. Membership is open to members in good standing of the USITT attending Tarleton.
