Financial Aid
First-year assistantship packages involve graduate students in work in the University Writing Center or in the developmental writing program. Second-year students (graduate teaching assistants) teach two sections of freshman composition per semester. Graduate students filling these positions are chosen on a competitive basis.
Scholarship aid is also available through Dick Smith Scholarships, the Flora H. Foust Scholarship, and the Tarleton Academic Scholarship.
