Ad Sales Campaign
Dear Prospective Sponsor:
The Tarleton State University Wind Ensemble has been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in April 2014. To fund this tremendous opportunity we are asking for your help. In return, we hope to give you a great investment on your advertisement dollar.
We are asking for your assistance by taking out an ad for your business in our concert programs. By purchasing an ad, you will have advertisement in all of Tarleton’s Instrumental program concerts throughout the entire academic year. In all, your ad will appear 11 times: 5 Jazz Band concerts (including the Annual Jazz Festival that attracts over 500 high school students), 4 Wind Ensemble concerts (including the Annual Invitational Band Festival that attracts nearly 1,000 high school students), and 2 Symphonic Band concerts. Needless to say, thousands will see your ad throughout the 2013-2014 academic year.
There are several ad sizes to accommodate your business’ budget. A full page measures 8.5” X 7.0”. For businesses that are interested, one good idea is to offer a coupon as the advertisement. This may assist in attracting patrons, especially during our large festivals.
