Research Priorities
- investigate generational perceptions (i.e. - millennials, baby boomers, generation X) of social media in various contexts
- determine the best practices of using social media (i.e. - Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare) to reach potential customers and retain current customers
- investigate how social media (i.e. - Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare) can be used to facilitate communication within organizations
- examine current organizational policies focused on social media in the workplace.
- explore social media and privacy issues
- determine innovative methods to facilitate training and develop through social media
- determine the best practices of using social media (i.e. - Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare) in the classroom environment
