Tarleton Sports Medicine participated in 2 days of training in CPR for Professional Rescuer on January 24th and 30th, 2012. All
faculty and staff, graduate assistants, and athletic training students completed the certification training. CPR for Professional
Rescuer includes skills in 1 and 2 Person CPR, Child, and Infant CPR. Additional skills included Obstructed Airway and
Bag-Valve-Mask training. There were 37 total participants. The training was provided by paramedic Daniel England of
Hamilton General Hospital.
