FTX

Field Training Exercises (FTX) allow cadets to take what they have learned from both in the classroom and in labs and apply it to a field environment. The Fall FTX is usually a three day and two night event held at Ft. Hood, Texas . Cadets will execute day and night land nav along with a number of Squad Training Exercise (STX) lanes. The Spring FTX is usually a combined FTX at Ft. Hood, Texas  with a number of different universities participating.
