Fitness Testing Package includes:

•   Pre-exercise screening
•   Exercise specialist supervised cycle ergometer fitness test
•   7 site body composition analysis with follow-up 6 month test
•   Muscular endurance and flexibility testing
•   Follow-up written report and 30 minute consultation with at home exercise prescription program
•   $75

Stress Testing Package includes:

•  Pre-screening exercise chest and lung exam
•  Physician supervised stress test with 12-lead ECG, blood pressure, and subjective discomfort
•  Follow-up by physician for further diagnostic testing if required
•  Follow-up written report and 30 minute consultation with ACSM® registered clinical exercise physiologist
•  $150

Stress Testing with VO2 Package includes:

•  Pre-screening exercise chest and lung exam
•  Physician supervised stress test with 12-lead ECG, blood pressure, and subjective discomfort
•  Expired Gas Exchange for measuring VO2max
•  Follow-up by physician for further diagnostic testing if required
•  Follow-up written report and 30 minute consultation with ACSM® registered clinical exercise physiologist
