Phit or Phail Information

The CERF Lab has developed a presentation series for KINE 119 students to assist them with passing their HRF testing or by improving their pre-test date scores. We encourage all students in KINE 119 classes to participate - even if you have already passed your tests. You will benefit by learning extra helpful tips regarding your general health and fitness as well as receiving 1 PD point.

Sometimes it's reassuring to know you are not alone. With these phun and informative sessions, we can help you! Attending this sessions will benefit you in many ways.

Sessions

We offer different sessions to meet your different Fitness & Conditioning Test needs. Each session focuses on exactly what requirements you need to meet your troublesome area.

Four 30 Minute Sessions

Having trouble passing the mile and a half test? Come to our phast or phail session! Trouble with the Bench press? Join us at our phirm or phlab session! Do those sit ups seem impossible? Attend the phit or phat session! Do those swimming requirements leave you afloat? Then come to our phloat or phlop session and jump right in!
