2010 NACT Professional Development Conference

Welcome to Tarleton State University! We here at Tarleton are excited to have the opportunity to host the 2010 National Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow Professional Development Conference. This conference will build your professional skills in the agricultural communications field. With exciting workshop seminars and industry professional speakers, along with tours of related businesses, there is something for every agricultural communications student at this year's conference. Just like our theme says we want all the ACT chapters in the country to "Come Together Right Now" over Stephenville, Texas. Through networking and friendship building our organization will continue to grow and become a greater benefit to students everywhere.

Registration Information

CancelLations/Changes and Refunds:

Fees for missed meals, late arrivals and early departures will not be refunded. Fees will be refunded , with no less than a $20 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than February 5. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel arrangements are not included in the registration fee and will be left up to each chapter. Rooms have been blocked at the La Quinta and Holiday Inn & Suites Express. Contact the Stephenville La Quinta at (254) 918-2444 and the Holiday Inn at (254) 965-8899 for reservations. February 15 is the room reservation cut off date.


Payment Method:

Checks must be in U.S. funds payable to Tarleton ACT. A $25 fee will be charged on checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. Registration confirmation will be e-mailed. Send payments to:
