Mission of University Web Services:

The mission of University Web Services is to develop and enhance Tarleton's presence on the web and increase awareness of Tarleton through this media. Through the effective delivery of information and training, Web Services promotes the University to prospective students and provides information and services to current students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Goals:

• Maintain an effective web site for the informational needs of
  prospective, current, and former students as well as faculty and staff
  and other visitors.
• Provide services to increase productivity and efficiency of
  departments through implementation of web technology and
  programming.
• Ensure the Tarleton University web site meets all federal, state, and
  TAMUS guidelines and maintain the highest level of accessibility for
  all web visitors.
• Train faculty, staff, and students in web page development and design.
