Matches will be held on Monday, April 20 through Thursday, April 23. All matches,
including finals, will be the best two of three sets. NOTE: Entries must be
received by Tuesday, April 17th. The schedule of play is located on the following
page. Seeding meetings for boy’s singles, boy’s doubles and mixed
doubles events will be held on Sunday, April 20th in the Bruce Craig conference
room inside Wisdom Gym. Pairings will be determined at this time. If unable
to attend, you will risk the opportunity of having a player seeded. The following
schedule will be followed for the boys’s seeding meetings:

5:00-5:45 PM: Boy’s Singles
5:45-6:30 PM Boy’s Doubles
6:30-7:15 PM Mixed Doubles
Seeding meetings for girl’s singles and girl’s doubles events
will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd in the Bruce Craig conference room inside
Wisdom Gym. Pairings will be determined at this time. If unable to attend,
you will risk the opportunity of having a player seeded. The following schedule
will be followed for the girl’s seeding meetings:

5:00-5:45 PM: Girl’s Singles
5:45-6:30 PM Girl’s Doubles
Only contestants playing the match and officials calling that match will be
allowed inside the courts. Each singles contestant or doubles team will furnish
one can of new USTA approved tennis balls. The winner will receive the unused
can and the loser the used balls.
Awards will be presented for the first though third places in both singles,
doubles and mixed doubles.
Entry fee is $12 per team member. This fee should be sent to your district
director (listed on page 23 of this Spring Meet Handbook) by Tuesday, April
15th. One check will be sent from each district to cover all athletic events
for your district. A list of contestants must be sent to the Regional Tennis
Contest Director at the address listed above by Tuesday, April 15th.
