Tarleton State University Cheer Program is having a college prep cheer clinic Sunday February 17, 2008. This clinic is for cheerleaders looking to cheer in college. It is open to high school freshmen and older girls and guys. This is both for the all girl and coed teams. The clinic outline is as follows:

Learn two of Tarleton State's cheers

Learn Tarleton State's fight song

Tumble, Jumps, Motions

Coed stunt/ All girl stunt

Coed basket tosses/ All girl stunt

Mock tryout ( at the end of the day)

During the clinic the Tarleton cheerleaders will be assisting in technique and skills. All participants will have an opportunity to tryout in front of the Head coach. After the clinic we will have a question and answer session.

Clinic cost: $35 at the door (cash or check no credit cards)
Pre registration: $30

Time:

10:00am-12:00pm First session

12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm- 3:00pm Second session

3:00pm- 5:00pm Mock tryout (optional)

All participants must sign a waiver (parental release form) and show proof of insurance.
