The Master of Science, Management and Leadership program (MS, M&L) is designed for students who are currently working in or seeking employment in public or private organizations and who wish to sharpen their management skills.

The program focuses on management and leadership skills that can be applied in any organizational setting, regardless of the functional area in which the leader works. The focus of this program is on managing change, entrepreneurship and leadership. Students gain knowledge and skills that are applicable in business, the military, government organizations, and private not-for-profit organizations.

This program is offered face-to-face at our Stephenville and Killeen campuses.
