Databases

Library databases require a password only from off campus locations. Use your Tarleton NTNET username and password. (The same username and passwords used to check Tarleton email or to log onto campus computers.)

Go to Online Databases - http://www.tarleton.edu/~library/elecres.html

• Claim/Establish your Tarleton NTNET (Network/email) username.
  • NOTE: Look up your NTNET username if you have already claimed it.
• Change/Reset your password.
  • NOTE: Look up your University ID.
  • NOTE: If you can't remember your password to change/reset it, try the default password - a capital K followed by your University ID number (including all the leading zeros).

Tarleton Libraries Catalog - My Account

Our online catalog provides access to your library account. You can view a list of items currently borrowed, extend loan periods, update your contact information, change your PIN number, and place holds on needed materials.

• The 'My Account' username is your University ID number (UID) followed by a zero or one.
• The default PIN is CHANGEME - until you change it.
• To have your PIN reset go to http://www.tarleton.edu/~library/passchange.html

Killeen Campus Catalog - My Account

Students who use the Oveta Culp Hobby Memorial Library Catalog in Killeen, may also access their library account. You can view a list of items currently borrowed, extend loan periods, update your contact information, change your PIN number, and place holds on needed materials.

Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad)

Use our online interlibrary loan system to request items not available to you locally.

• Create an ILLiad account by clicking on "First Time Users Click Here", fill out the form and establish a username and password.
• To reset your ILLIad password go to http://illiad.tarleton.edu/illiad/illiad.dll?Action=10&Form=84

Course Reserves

Hard copy reserve materials are available at the circulation desks in either Stephenville or Killeen.

Electronic Reserves (E-Reserves) require a username and password. E-Reserves are accessed via the web and are restricted to students enrolled in each class.
