Tarleton Elite - TRANSFORM

Transform is the second level of the Tarleton Elite Program. Transform is designed primarily for students who are in their second year or have completed the EMERGE program, though all are welcome to attend. Transform is a one semester program that focuses on Leadership Development through leadership theory, group discussion, and practical experience.

The program meets on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. for one hour in Humanities 205. The first session is January 24. The program is 10 weeks long in the spring semester.

• Valuing diversity
• Civic Engagement
• Humanitarianism

TRANSFORM students will participate in a service learning project and a leadership conference.
