Tarleton Elite - EMERGE

Emerge is the foundation level of the Tarleton Elite Program. Emerge is designed primarily for students who are in their first or second year, though all are welcome to attend. Emerge is a two semester program that focuses on Leadership Development through leadership theory, group discussion, and practical experience.

The program meets on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. for one hour in Humanities 205. The first session is September 20. The program is 10 weeks long in the fall semester.

Here's some of the things you will learn in EMERGE:

• Understanding of leadership
• Become more aware of self
• Ethical behavior
• Communication skills
• Academic achievement and balance

EMERGE students will participate in a leadership retreat and will receive begin their journey to become TARLETON ELITE CERTIFIED.
