Veterans of the 28th Alabama attending the United Confederate Veterans' 18th Annual Reunion
at Birmingham, AL, 9-11 June 1908.

I. W. McAdory wrote to the AL Department of Archives and History in early June 1908, asking them to allow the regimental flag to be brought to the reunion. Apparently the request was honored.

The only men identified in this photo so far are:

Stephen H. Watkins, Sgt., Co. "D", 2nd from right, 2nd row, with beard
