Mission

The mission of the Human Sciences Department is aligned with the mission of Tarleton State University and the College of Agriculture and Human Sciences. It is dedicated to providing an academically challenging environment for all students through effective teaching, scholarship, research and service that will enable students to pursue and acquire the necessary skills for establishing successful families and careers as productive members of society.
