Setup Instructions for Microsoft Outlook

1.In the start up menu click Outlook 2003.

2. If the Outlook 2003 Startup wizard is the next page you see, continue on to step 3. However if the wizard does not start, Outlook will open and then you will need to go to Tools, and click on Email Accounts, select Add a new e-mail account. Now skip to step 4.

3. Select Yes. Click Next.

4. Select POP3. Click Next.

5. Fill in the blanks exchanging your username, password and email address in the appropriate places. Fill in Incoming mail server (POP3) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) exactly as they are filled in below. Click the Test Account Settings button. This will confirm that you have entered the correct information. If you receive an error during this test, recheck your entries and run the test again. Once you have passed the test click next.
