M.Ed. - Counseling

Program Description

The Professional Counselor Program offers a program of study leading to the Master of Education degree with a major in counseling. The degree enables graduates to be eligible for the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). The program also enables students to pursue certification as a school counselor. Any student pursuing a degree certificate or license in counseling must be admitted to the Professional Counselor Program. Application forms may be obtained from the department of Education Administration Counseling and Psychology web site.
