M.Ed. - Curriculum & Instruction (TMATE FWISD Cohort)

Program Description

Designated courses in the TMATE curriculum may be applied toward a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. In order for TMATE courses to count toward a masters degree, applicants must submit General Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores which are sufficient to gain admission to the College of Graduate Studies. When making application to the College of Graduate Studies as a TMATE intern, you do not need to submit the 200-300 work essay. Your writing sample, which is part of the interview process serves as your essay. Specific options offered in the Fort Worth area that are supported by the TMATE courses include Elementary Education, Special Education and Teacher Leadership.
