The following Secondary/All-Level Certificate Plans are available online.  If you have an additional certificate field, please make sure that your advisor in your major and additional field signs your major certificate plan.  You will need to copy and paste the additional field coursework into your major certificate field certificate plan.  If you do not see your certificate field listed, please contact the Office of Teacher Certification at 254-968-9815 for more information.  A list of coursework for commonly chosen additional certification fields and their coursework can be found here:  Additional Certification Fields

Go to File -> Page Setup ->
    Page Tab:
                    Click on Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall
    Margins Tab:
                    Top = 0.5     Left = 0.0     Right = 0.0     Bottom = 0.25
                    Center on Page - Click on Horizontally

Instructions for opening as a .xls file
Click on your certificate area.  You will then be asked to open an Excel file.  Once the file has opened in Excel, please save the file to a disk or to your computer.  It is recommended that you save the file to your H: drive and to an external memory device.
