Please open your certificate plan as instructed below.  Once you have filled out the plan and saved it, email a copy of it to your advisor before you meet with them.  In the Subject line, please put : "Advising Information for <NAME>".

Instructions for opening as a .xls file
Please click on your certificate area.  You will then be asked to open an Excel file.  Once the file has opened in Excel, please save the file to a disk or to your computer.  It is recommended that you save the file to your H: drive and to an external memory device.

To ensure that the files will print correctly, please use the following settings:
Go to File -> Page Setup ->
    Page Tab:
                    Click on Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall
    Margins Tab:
                    Top = 0.5     Left = 0.0     Right = 0.0     Bottom = 0.25
                    Center on Page - Click on Horizontally

*Please note:  the following certificate plans do not show supplementals.  The following coursework is required for a supplemental.  Please check with your advisor for more information.
