We'll meet every Monday at noon for regular meetings. Working groups may meet at other times to prepare for upcoming activities.
February 12 UIL Practice Meet

Tarleton State University

We'll help facilitate the meet, including proctoring exams and grading. A great opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes at UIL meets.

Tarleton Regional Science Olympiad

Tarleton State University

Volunteers are needed to facilitate the Olympiad, including help with events. You may be an Olympiad coach one day for your school and this is another great opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes.
March 31 - April 3
NSTA convention in Dallas

Blue skies and wide open spacesÑmeet us in Dallas for NSTAÕs 53rd National Convention, ÒDeep in the Heart of Science.Ó

We have funds to cover reimbursment of all expenses for several members, but you need to let us know ASAP that you'll be going in order to take advantage of that. First come, first serve.
April 22 TAKS Field Day
