Discussion of the models of inorganic chemistry including atomic structure, chemical bonding, periodic properties, stereochemistry, reaction mechanisms, and coordination chemistry. Properties of specific elements and families are also presented. Prerequisites: CHEM 2024 and junior classification or approval of department head.
